POLICY
Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority. In the rare case of an item being faulty, we will give you a FULL refund under these conditions:
- You return the item/notify us about the problem within 14 days of receiving the item
- All swimwear must still have hygiene seals stuck on
- Tags and labels must still be attached to the item
- Item is not stained from fake tan, perfume, makeup etc. from trying it on
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

One of our team members will reply to you as soon as we get the chance and provide you with a return address and instructions on what to do next.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will happily offer our customers a store credit OR exchange if:
- Your order from us does not fit you and you require another size
- You are not happy with the product you received
Customers who require a different size or are unhappy with how their outfit looks on them will need to send their order back to us and choose from the following:
A full store credit for your order amount, excluding any delivery costs. (valid for 3 months)
OR
An exchange for a different size of the same piece they purchased.
If your required size is sold out, and your current order does not fit you: we will provide you a full refund OR store credit.
IMPORTANT: All items on Sale/Clearance are FINAL sales. We can not perform exchanges or refunds on our clearance sale items. Thank you.

Item/s must be in the same condition as you received it e.g. NO stains, no perfume, tags & hygiene seals still attached and notified within 14 days of receiving the order.

This applies both to the original shipping costs and to the return shipping costs. Please ensure the return is clearly marked as a return to avoid customs and duties charges.
